We manufacture for distributors, salon groups, e-commerce brands and private label programmes. If you are looking for a factory rather than a reseller, you are in the right place.

What we can build for you

• Private label. Your name engraved or etched on standard models, your packaging, your barcode. From 50 pieces per model.
• OEM to your specification. Handle geometry, blade length, edge angle, steel grade, tension system, finish and presentation all to your drawing.
• Stock for resale. Our own range at wholesale terms, held as finished stock and dispatched within 48 hours.

What you get from us before you commit

• A sample pair of the closest existing model, so you can judge the edge yourself rather than reading about it.
• Mill certificate and HRC report so your own compliance people have what they need.
• Export documentation handled properly — commercial invoice, packing list, HS classification — so your goods clear without a third country in the paperwork.

Capacity and timing

Monthly capacity is around 100,000 shears. There are two clocks, and it is worth knowing which one you are on.

• Our own range, bought as stock. Already finished and on the shelf. Confirmed orders are dispatched within 48 hours — no tooling, no queue.
• Private label and OEM to your drawing. Made for you, so allow roughly three months from confirmed order, including tooling and finishing. Sample turnaround is usually two to three weeks.
