Where we ship
Everywhere. We ship directly from our own facility, which means your order does not sit in a third-party warehouse before it reaches you.
Dispatch
Every shear on this site is finished stock held at our facility — nothing is made to order. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT+8) on a working day are dispatched within 48 hours, and you get tracking by email the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. There is no production queue to join.
The one exception is custom or private-label work, where your name or specification has to be made: allow roughly three months. Anything in our own range is stock and ships in 48 hours.
Rates
- Free tracked shipping on US orders over $89. Orders to the UK, EU and elsewhere ship free over $150.
- Orders below that are charged at the rate calculated at checkout.
- Express options, where available to your address, are shown at checkout with the price before you pay.

Time in customs is outside our control and is not included in the figures above. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, so you will not receive a separate bill from the carrier on delivery. If you are a business buyer who needs a specific tariff treatment or documentation, tell us before you order and we will arrange it.
